1. General Terms of Use

3. Registration & Account Management

3.1 One Account Per User

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) active account at 7c777. This includes accounts sharing the same name, phone number, email address, identification number, IP address, or payment method. Opening multiple accounts by any means is a serious violation.

If multiple accounts are found to be linked to the same individual, 7c777 reserves the right to:

• Closing all associated accounts without notice;
• Freezing all balances and rejecting any pending withdrawal requests;
• Cancelling all bonuses, winnings, and rewards obtained through such excess accounts;
• Reporting the relevant activity to the appropriate authorities where required.

3.2 Account Security

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.2 Deposit Processing

Successful deposits will be credited to your 7c777 account within 30 seconds to 5 minutes depending on the payment method and third-party system conditions. 4.3 Withdrawal Methods & Conditions

Withdrawals may be made to the same payment method used for the deposit. The following conditions apply to all withdrawals:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 per transaction;
• Withdrawals may only be made to an account held in the registered member's name — withdrawals to third parties are not permitted;
• Members must have fulfilled the wagering requirement (rollover) for any bonus received before a withdrawal can be processed;
• 7c777 reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawals that exceed certain limits;
• Withdrawal processing times depend on the member's VIP tier: Bronze (up to 15 minutes), Silver (up to 10 minutes), Gold (up to 5 minutes), Platinum (up to 3 minutes), Diamond (within 1 minute).

4.4 Transaction Fees

7c777 does not charge any processing fees for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, third-party payment providers (such as banks or digital wallet operators) may impose their own fees, which are beyond 7c777's control. Members are responsible for familiarising themselves with any fees charged by their payment provider.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses and promotions offered by 7c777 — including the Welcome Bonus, daily cashback, reload bonuses, and VIP rewards — are subject to the specific terms stated in each respective offer. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses:

• Each bonus may only be claimed once per member unless otherwise stated;
• Bonuses are non-transferable to other members and cannot be directly exchanged for cash;
• The wagering requirement (rollover) must be met within the specified time frame — any associated bonus and winnings will be forfeited if the period expires;

5.2 Rollover Requirements

Rollover refers to the total amount you must wager before winnings from a bonus can be withdrawn. For example, a RM50 bonus with a 15x rollover means you are required to place bets totalling RM750 (RM50 × 15) before any winnings can be withdrawn. Rollover requirements vary by bonus type and are clearly stated in each promotion's details.

5.3 Welcome Bonus

The Welcome Bonus of up to RM888 is available exclusively to new members making their first deposit. This bonus may not be claimed more than once and is not available to members who have previously held an account with 7c777. Applicable rollover requirements and validity period will be stated at the time of bonus claim.

6. Sports Betting & E-Sports

6.1 Betting Results

All Sports Betting results on 7c777 are final once confirmed by our operations team based on official results issued by the relevant sports governing body. Football bets are settled based on the result after 90 minutes of play (including injury time) unless otherwise stated. Bets explicitly marked as "including extra time" or "including penalties" will be settled based on the final outcome after all stages are completed.

6.2 Postponed or Cancelled Matches

If a match is suspended and does not resume within 24 hours from the originally scheduled time, all related bets will be voided and stakes fully refunded. If a match is postponed but resumes within 24 hours, all bets placed prior to the postponement remain valid.

6.3 Odds Errors

7c777 strives to ensure all displayed odds are accurate. However, in the event of a technical error that causes clearly incorrect odds to be shown (for example, odds of 100.00 for a match where the correct odds should be 2.00), 7c777 reserves the right to void the affected bets and refund the stake to the member. 7c777's decision in cases of odds errors is final.

6.4 Betting Limits

7c777 sets minimum and maximum limits for each betting market. These limits vary by sport, league, market type, and the member's VIP tier. 7c777 reserves the right to adjust betting limits at any time without prior notice, based on ongoing risk assessment.

7. Casino Games & Slots

All slots and casino games available on 7c777 use a Random Number Generator (RNG) certified by recognised independent testing bodies. This ensures that every game outcome is genuinely random and cannot be influenced or manipulated by any party.

Technical disruptions during gameplay caused by issues with a member's own internet connection or device do not entitle the member to a refund. If a technical disruption occurs on 7c777's end that prevents a game from being completed, the affected round will be voided and the stake returned. • Use of Proxy Services: Using a VPN, proxy server, or any other method to conceal your actual location for the purpose of deception or circumventing platform restrictions;
• Threats or Abuse: Threatening, insulting or abusing 7c777 support staff or other members across any communication channel.

A breach of any of the above may result in immediate account suspension or closure, forfeiture of all balances and winnings, and where criminal law is involved, referral to the relevant authorities.

11. Account Closure & Suspension

11.1 Voluntary Closure

You may close your 7c777 account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or email. Before closure, please ensure you have withdrawn all eligible balances from your account, as any remaining balance may not be recoverable once the closure takes effect.

Should any dispute arise between 7c777 and a member, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through mutual agreement. Members must submit their complaint in writing to support@7c777-win.com including full details of the dispute and any supporting evidence. 7c777 will provide a written response within 5 business days.

If a mutual resolution cannot be reached, both parties agree to refer the dispute to binding arbitration in accordance with the procedures set out by the relevant authority. The arbitration decision is final and binding on both parties.
